What is my passion?
“Seeing ways to help with the growth of individuals, teams, and organizations. Doing this while achieving business results. Bringing out the best in others.
Taking the complex and making it simple. Watching others grow and feel successful.”
How did I get to this point?
“I have always had a passion for a combination of the “arts” and “sciences”, helping very technical audiences communicate in simple and effective ways. Operating as a senior consultant within a Fortune 50 corporation, I have shaped and managed an internal consulting organization. Since then I have had a private practice, working in both the public and private sectors -- with high technology corporations, financial organizations, consulting organizations, not-for-profit organizations and their Boards, and with numerous sales organizations and their customers. I have been fortunate to work with clients from around the world including Mexico, Japan, Germany, Indonesia, and The Netherlands.”
“A key part of my professional career is delivering workshops. Through the years I have coached, counseled, and instructed over 6000 participants in leadership
development, technology management, and project management programs. Through various affiliates, I instruct in masters-level certification programs. More
recently, I work in a number of ways as an adjunct professor at Stevens Institute of Technology.”

What is my passion?
“Early in my career, I created a personal mission statement, including a commitment to be a person who ‘always jumps-out-of-bed in the morning’. The work I do with
clients, around leadership, change and team dynamics – to be able to make a difference for people and organizations – brings me that kind of energy!”
How did I get to this point?
"I often say that I had an early mid-life crisis. After working as an engineer and mid-level manager at IBM, I realized I wasn't quite reaching the level of professional satisfaction I had hoped for - - something was missing. After some serious reflection and fortunate career opportunities, I landed a position in a learning and development function at AT&T Bell Laboratories. It was there where I began my journey as a researcher, consultant and facilitator in the field of Leadership & Organization Development. I fervently studied my new field, including obtaining a M.S. in OD and many professional certifications, including several for Executive Coaching. All the while, I balanced time with two of my other life passions - my family and baseball (coaching and playing) - while also mixing in consulting projects outside of my corporate role and guest lecturing at local Universities. My corporate responsibilities and global travel opportunities grew through all of the changes and challenges at AT&T, Lucent Technologies and Alcatel-Lucent. In 2010, I "retired" from Alcatel-Lucent, as the global leader of Organization Development. Since then, I have leveraged my 30 years of corporate experience and network to continue to do the work that I love, joining Michele to create Lewski Associates."
